11/2 cup kodo millet

1 cup urad dal

2 tsp whole methi seeds

Scoop out some batter in a bowl and add salt and a little water to form a dosa like consistency. Heat a cast iron tawa to medium flame. pour a ladle full of batter on the center of a tawa and spread it thin and evenly over the tawa. Add some oil and cook it till it leaves the pan. Serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney and onion tomato chutney.
