  1. 250 gram pearl millet flour
  2. as required Oil for frying
  3. As needed Hot water for making dough
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli
  6. 1/2 teaspoon ajbain
  7. 1 green chili chopped
  8. 1table spoon Green coriander leaves chopped
  9. 1/2 inch ginger paste
  10. 1 tea spoon garlic paste
  11. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Steps

  1. In the millet flour mix all ingredients as shown upper.

  2. Make a soft dough,and make poori fry them in the high flame.

  3. If any problem making poori use polithin,put a peda between two sheets and press these with rolling board
