Health Benefites of Proso Millet: Proso millet contains high lecithin which supports the neural health system. Water – 3 cups
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Cashew – 1/4 cup
Ginger – 1 inch chopped
Green Chilli – 2 nos chopped
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Coconut fresh – 1/4 cup chopped
Curry Leaves – few
Salt – as required
Coconut – 1tbsp (grated)
