Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Basmati Rice
- 1.5 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Tur Dal
- 1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peas
- 1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Carrot (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
- 1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
- 1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
- 1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing
- 1/8(0.03 gm) Cinnamon (Stick)
- 2 No.(0.18 gm) Black Pepper
- 1 No.(0.11 gm) Cloves
- 1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
- As Required(120.0 ml) Water
Methods:
- Melt 1 tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker and add 1/8 stick cinnamon, 2 black pepper, 1 clove, 1/4 tsp jeera and 1/4th tsp hing.
- Once the jeera starts crackling, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp tur dal, 2 tbsp rice, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp fresh peas, 1/4 tsp haldi and sauté.
- Mix well and add a little water and cover the cooker.
- Pressure cook till 2 whistles and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve hot.
